STYLES & MATERIALS

SELF-ADHESIVE FLAT CUT VINYL

Available in hundreds of colours, special effects or custom printed. This is the most economical style of signage lettering but still provides an impressive result.

LASER CUT PERSPEX / ACRYLIC: MOUNTED, FLUSH OR RAISED LOCATORS

Available in a full spectrum of colours, unique textures and finishes. This is an extremely popular choice that provides contrast and depth to a sign. It is a good sign lettering material choice, as it’s not only cost-effective but provides robust durability.

CNC CUT PVC

CNC cut PVC is available up to 24 mm thick for an economical choice for chunky bold lettering. It can be left white, painted or finished with coloured or metallic vinyl or acrylic on the face.

CNC ROUTED TIMBER

With so many types, colours, grains and finishes of wood available, CNC routed timber can provide a truly, personalised choice. It’s ideal for creating a natural, softer or traditional look. The signage letters can be flush mounted or raised on locators.

MOULDED ACRYLIC LETTERS

Moulded acrylic letters are a popular choice, as they are available in a wide range of standard font styles, sizes and a huge range of colours.

CNC CARVED 3D LETTERS

These are usually finished with faceted or bevelled edges and carved from waterproof MDF. CNC carved 3D letters are a popular choice in bars and restaurants, as the letter style can be contemporary, traditional or even fantastically ornate. We can paint them any colour or even gild them to give a metallic finish; all finished with a protective lacquer.

CNC CUT ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE

CNC cut aluminium composite can be flush mounted or on raised locators. It is used most often in a brushed or mirror metal finish but is available in most standard colours. The metal effect provides a cost-effective alternative to using more expensive materials such as stainless steel or polished brass but still gives a close authentic look.

HOT WIRE FOAM CUT

This is the ultimate 3D solution for the thickest, chunkiest letters and sign features. It can be painted to any standard shade or even to replicate the look of other materials such as wood or metal. Hot Wire Foam Cut is ideally suited for internal or exhibition use.

3D BUILT UP OR CHANNEL LETTERS

3D built ups (channel letters) are made from aluminium, with a powder coated finish, in any standard colour. They are ideally suited to large scale commercial signage, that requires very long term durability and weather resistance.

We can provide 3D built ups or flat cut letters in stainless steel (or other bright metals) in a mirror, polished, brushed or lacquered finish. They convey an image of quality and refinement and are amongst the most prestigious looking letter styles available.

Whilst they are a premium product, they can have the greatest resilience to weathering and as such are excellent value for money over the long term.
